Project Overview

As Project Manager and Lead Content Designer for Intuit's First 365 Employee Experience Program, I led the transformation of how thousands of new employees are welcomed and integrated into the company each year.

Intuit's existing onboarding relied on fragmented content, manual email processes, and limited analytics. With over 2,000 new hires annually, we needed a scalable, engaging, and measurable solution.
